Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9017738.

Hole dug but no work going on. Stationary traffic on both sides of temporary traffic lights. Works were being undertaken at 11pm on Friday night, 27th, why is work not continuing through the weekend? Disruption to key north/south route between Richmond and Kingston - yet again!!
