Black tagging on rear of traffic sign

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9013991.

Hotwells Road. Black tagging 'DORIS' on rear of traffic direction sign, nearest to Jacobs Wells roundabout. The sign straddles over the pavement. It has been tagged before (or it is the same tagging which was not removed after last time it was reported.)
