This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! i have reported this so many times! all the drains on chpicehill road in over norton are blocked causing a severe torrent of water come surging down the road round the bend and subsequently down the hill towards chipping norton!!! the last photo is at the bottom of my driveway, its a river!!!!!!!!!!! please sort it out. i will post again and again until it is sorted once and for all... it doesnt take a genius to know why we are getting ao many potholes all the time when all this water just takes the road with it!!!!!!

  • Tonight we have a very heavy rain storm. The water running down choicehill road is biblical. ALL BECAUSE THE DRAINS ARE BLOCKED!!!!.GET THEM CLEARED!!!!!!!
