8 inch pothole on main road 2 feet away from the verge.

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9012731.

This pothole has been steadily growing for over a year and all attempts to report it to the council by the people that live nearby have been ignored quoting "can't detect a pothole there". So as someone who doesn't live nearby, my car has hit it enough times that I don't need a camera that doesn't work to detect a problem, I have eyes.

If this was Lincolnshire, then Lincolnshire County Council would be providing prompt, comprehensive, and publicly-available updates to this report, right here on the FixMyStreet website, for everybody to see. Unfortunately, Norfolk County Council don't do that (and they even try to discourage people from actually using FixMyStreet)! Please SIGN THE PETITITION, to urge Norfolk County Council to start collaborating with FixMyStreet, in the same way as Lincolnshire County Council is doing (as well as other places, e.g. Oxfordshire)!
