This car has been abandoned on a double yellow on a dropped pavement. No tickets have been issued on the car despite it being parked there since Tuesday 24/02/26. It has not moved since this date. It is posing a risk to pedestrians as they can not utilise the dropped kerb as you can see from my photo.
