  Whilst it's appreciated that someone has come out to inspect it, it's not appreciated that your only doing the bear minimum . There is a considerable hump in place, that has not been marked for replacement. Please bear in mind, that this path is used bye residents with sight and mobility needs. As such, it may be needed for ambulance assistance.

• Thank you for your report. The raised section is being caused by underlying tree roots, and some level of uplift is expected in locations like this. The repair that has been raised is intended to smooth the footway so the surface is more even. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
