Street damage

This is damage caused to side walk spilling over to foot path,the damage is caused by people from other side of the road parking cars and vans on curb side as soon as it rains mud is spilled over the footpath making it a safety issue for all the old people who live in the bungalows it is very unsightly and is always there summer or winter the whole are so big they never dry out always filled with smelly dirty water,the council should at least look at this.
