Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9009850.

A very deep, probably 6-8 inches is on the westbound carriageway, just after the junction with Lower Sunbury Rd. I was driving over it last night so don't have a photograph, but it's more than deep enough to damage vehicles or cause a cyclist to swerve into traffic or fall off.
