Obscured and Missing Speed Restriction Sign

Entering Daresbury Village via Keckwick Lane from the A56 Chester Road, the 20mph speed restriction sign is obscured by tree branches on one side of the road and missing completely on the other side. This means vehicles continue to travel at a much higher speed than permitted passing the pub and onto B5356 Daresbury Lane passing the church causing a danger to pedestrians crossing on a narrow village country lane.
