Parking on Double Yellow Lines

Multiple vehicles parking on Double Yellow Lines opposite Daresbury Primary School during school morning drop off and afternoon pickup Monday to Friday. This results in cars parked on both sides of the road resulting in a narrow single car corridor in between. This is especially dangerous as at this time children are crossing the road and have their view blocked. Furthermore, cars obstruct the pavement again causing a danger to pedestrians. I also have my driveway blocked despite it exiting onto a double yellow line.
