There is frequently a large puddle which covers multiple parking spaces in the first row of Francis street car park. This limits the capacity of the car park as the puddle is usually deeper than shoe depth.
There is also issue with overgrown bushes and debris in the area meaning the front of cars scrape on the over growing bushes. These would be quite easy to trim back.
