Urgent Request for Inspection – Highway Condition at 102 Mold Crescent, Banbury

The roadside verge outside my home has become severely damaged and extremely muddy due to vehicles parking there and recent rain.
The street is slightly sloped and mud is being carried onto the road and sometimes towards neighbouring properties. The condition has become much worse recently.
There is limited parking on the street, so residents have little choice but to use this area. Several neighbouring homes already have improved access, but this section remains badly damaged.
I would appreciate if the council could inspect the area and consider improving the surface or drainage.
