Loose curb stones outside number 3 Queens Parade

Reported via desktop in the Damaged kerb category by Ross Norgate at 08:12, Thursday 26 February 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9001828.

Outside 3 Queens parade. There are 4 loose curb stones caused by large vehicle s driving on the pavement as per image supplied.

The property cellars extend under the pavements. When vehicles drive on the pavements it causes the curbs to bang on cellars. Water has started to come through from the street.

All of the loose curb stones need resetting and pointing. I have reported this issue before but only one curb stone was reset, This was done poorly and is now moving again.

You have just returned for the second time and only repointed the curb stones outside of number 4. You haven't put cones out so these are already being driven over and damaged as the pointing is wet. A complete waste of time and resource.

You haven't pointed any curb stones outside number 3 which are still moving and banging on the cellar ceilings.

As I have said before that repointing the curb stones only will not fix the issue. The curb stones need to be removed and bedded correctly.

This is the third time I'm having to report the same issue within a year and you still haven't touched the loose curb stones out side of my house!
