Pavement blocked by vegetation

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8997415.

Shrubbery adjacent to pavement now blocks 60% of the footway forcing pedestrians on to the road for a distance of 3 metres. I cannot upload a photo as the App won't allow it at the moment. Hedge is between lamp posts 4 & 5 and opposite (but not owned by) house no.15, Tuckers Road.
