Several deep potholes

Potholes along this stretch of Osney Mead have become deep and dangerous especially as they are sometimes consumed by floodwater.

    Yes, this is still really bad. It was marked as "fixed", but only a very small section of road was patched. There's still multiple very deep potholes.
