This caravan has been unused for years. The owner is unable to drive anymore so it’s just sat on the road, abandoned for ages

    We understand this vehicle has legal implications yet after we have spoken to the keeper today who has booked it in for a MOT to make it road legal again, so as it stands at present we can not deal with it as abandoned.
