Blocking access to cul-de-sac

This car has not moved from this location for the past three months and is dangerously parked. It is blocking access to driveways and restricting entry into the cul-de-sac for bin lorries and emergency vehicles. As a result, none of the bins in the cul-de-sac are being collected. This is causing ongoing disruption for residents and poses a serious safety concern. Please can this be investigated and resolved as a matter of urgency.

This car has now been put on Ashford Cresent causing congestion to an already packed street with limited parking as on Gainsborough.
Owner - Please put the car in your garage on on your driveway to save congesting the streets further, or move it to the other end of Ashford Cresent by the larger houses where more on street parking is available and not as busy.
