Destroyed bollard due to car collision

Destroyed bollard on corner of Newlands Park outside Vick House. This is the second crash on this junction in a week. There needs to be a road redesign or a change of default speed limit here. I would suggest making the Bromley end of Newlands Park a 20mph zone to prevent repeated car crashes. The Lewisham end of Newlands Park is already 20 mph and I cannot recall a single crash on it in the past decade plus
