Morrison van hit wall

Last night (23/2) i heard a big bang to which a morrisons van has reversed into this brick wall done his delivery then drove off ive gone into my ring doorbell and it hasn’t caught the crash but catches him driving away parking few doors down to do delivery then driving off. He does stop and look at the back of the van twice on the second time he touches the van so i believe he’s probably done damage to the van also. The other side of the wall got reversed into a long time ago and the council come removed the bricks but left the bottom layer or 2 of bricks so it’s definitely a trip hazard specially as that side of the wall an elderly woman lives at so the whole wall should really be removed properly… I wasn’t able to attached the doorbell footage as i can’t upload videos on here but i’ve uploaded the brick wall and the second photo is what the council left behind years ago.
