Access cover in road is dangerous

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8985602.

Manhole type cover has come loose and the tarmac is fractured all around. So loose that when a vehicle goes over it, the cover “jumps” from the housing. It’s on the main artery for the Police station too. Whole culvert needs properly reseting in the road.
