10 inch pothole on hailey road near mini roundabout

Hole is still there, not seen a white mark outline on it since I reported it in Feb. (Going north from double roundabout it's by the second tree on right). A new problem next to it is a long hole/road break up about a metre or so long aligned to the hole (&right angle to traffic). It's only a couple of inches wide but is not avoidable for traffic going south to mini roundabout and is degrading. Please have someone check the road on the trees side between farmers close and the mini roundabout, as there are several smaller holes on the road by the curb and drain holes
