Broken rail around flowerbeds

The rail around the border has been broken - both ends are rotten. Leaves sharp metal posts On inspection most other rail ends are rotten so several other rails will fail if sat on or stood on by children. Poor maintenance as have been recently painted over but not replaced if rotten.
