Loose Thames Water manhole cover on Speedwell Street outside Bridges Cross (OX1 1EZ). It produces very loud impact/banging noise when vehicles pass over it, especially double-decker buses. The problem is regular and particularly disruptive at night after 23:00, seriously affecting residents’ sleep. Please inspect and repair urgently.
