Homeless tent and debris

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8979623.

There is a large tent and refuse accumulation outside radison hotel on the Strand. Location is on the green verge and tree lined area. This is causing health and safety issues for dog walkers and pedestrians. Human excrement and refuse found on the area.
