Pavement is inaccessible

This has been an ongoing issue for years and has been previously reported - with sadly no action taken to remedy the problem. These bushes are not maintained appropriately and the pavement is inaccessible for prams and wheelchairs - having to instead go onto the road on a blind bend with cars at times coming at speed owing to the hill.
