Balmore Park: The bit of grass between the two red bins and the steps down to Caversham Primary gets incredibly muddy & very very slippy during the winter months. Lots of children use this route daily to get to the school. Is it possible to put down some matting* between the path and steps to make it less dangerous in the winter months?
