Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8977634.

The resident has extended drive way over footpath and now uses what was footpath as drive , utilities unable to gain access to plant as cars often parked on access boxes namely my telephone was unable to be fixed as bar was parked on the box , see pictures. OS map shows this as a footpath not a driveway..
