Road completely disintegrated , massive ditch, lorry came off road this am and stuck in ditch. Urgent attention required.

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8973667.

Road has been deteriorating for a while, lights erected around lying water causing traffic to go off edge of road. This has now become a serious matter and needs very urgent attention. Traffic lights need resetting too.
