Severe flooding of the entire highway and footpaths.

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 18:49, Fri 16 September 2016

Sent to Norfolk County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 897328.

St John's Way, Downham Market.

From the roundabout with the A1122, at the first (almost) crossroads, (one road leading to The Crossings Veterinary Centre), the entire width of the road is subject to flooding during anything more than the lightest of rain. The flooding also submerges the pavements and the 'accessible' crossings designed for disabled people. Please refer to photo which suggests that drains on BOTH sides of the road are either blocked or non-existent, (in which case drains need to be installed). This matter is now in the public domain.
