No safe public crossings or footpaths

I have noticed this problem for around a decade now. There is no underpass for pedestrians to crossover safe safely to popular shopping destinations such as home bargains and the food warehouse. Pedestrians have to try and cross a busy roundabout they should be an under pass or some other safe crossing area them to get from the other sides or round to get to these popular shopping destinations. Also, there should be another footpath on the other side of the bridge to get to the other popular shopping destination Lidl from home bargains and the food warehouse. I have reported this before in forums and it has never been taken seriously.
