Very dangerous unit on public service road

There has been several Lorrie’s entering the service road behind the high street, this service road has a brewery at the end which has a lot of public including children. A lorry has clearly hit the air con unit and not reported it !! It in a very dangerous condition. The owners of the shop have beck informed and they seemed to not be interested . Please enforce this as someone is going to get hurt.
