Pavement around blocked drainage hole is collapsing

The pavemant around a block drain is now callapsing and its getting worst by the week

Two people have come to my door to complain that they have had an triping accident due to the hole

An old lady said that her walking sick got stuck and she nearly fell over and a mother with her daughter who had fell over the hole and cut open her knee which was bleeding

I told both to sue the counsel

  • The council have been informed about blocked and dropped drains in this area 2 years ago which needed clearing and assessment. They chose to remove all these in a blanket deletion of issues rather than fixing them as they updated me by email. This was March 2024. See photo of original report…. What is the point of having a logging system when they do nothing about it.
