This car has been here for at least a week, and is not within the space. We have a narrow driveway leading out into the street. This car has made it extremely difficult for us to turn into our space and my partner scratched our car on the garden wall trying to avoid hitting this car. It is on the double yellows, and overhanging the front of our driveway by about a foot.
