Bodged repair

I have previously reported a bodged repair where the SV was partially covered with tarmac. This was “rectified” however as the tarmac was not sealed I again reported that a pothole was starting due to incompetence. Third report now shows that again the tarmac is disintegrating. If this was repaired correctly at the 1st report then this would not have occurred.
