Broken grating cover

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8967214.

Grating broken/sticking up above road suface. tarmac has been newly resurfaced this month around it yet nothing done about grating. i reported this several months ago and nothing done to replace/repair.
