Deep pothole filled with water causing tyre damage

Large pothole on Newland, Witney, outside approximately 46B, on the left-hand side when heading towards Witney town centre. The defect is deep with sharp edges and frequently filled with water, making the depth difficult to see in low light conditions. I struck this pothole on 19/02/2026 at approximately 6:45am in wet, dim conditions, which resulted in tyre damage. I understand this defect may already have been reported, but I am submitting this report to document that it remains hazardous.
