Road sign 'messed with'

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 4 minutes later

Someone has rotated one of the Priority signs 180deg. where the road is narrowed for for priority direction. this means that one direction has no sign(only the back). The priority blue is far more visible so vehicle meeting head on may be at risk. Chetwynd Drive Nuneaton near Lutterworth road end. 12:15pm. 15/9/16
