Overgrown verges force pedestrians into danger as they have to move onto muddy ground next to highway. This is unacceptable as the path is obscured and the hedge has been allowed to grow across the path.

  • Investigation: Completed (Reported to a third party) - We can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner and is not currently causing any safety issues. We will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
