On the path that links Watersmeet to bosuns close.Manhole cover not on tight, leaks with high volumes of water during the heavy and continuous rain. This then causes big puddles on the path (not photographed as impossible) and once cleared it leaves debris on the path. It does look like there’s some rubbish has been shoved into the cover. Thank you.

  • This may in fact be the end of the drain and we wonder if it’s connected to anything. The rush of water may have pushed the cover up and it’s been left so water can pour out as it’s the end of the drainage line. Thank you
