Wall damaged by people as bus stop

There are two issue's here.

1. My wall has been damaged by people waiting at the bus stop, because they have been leaning on my wall. This was not an issue until the bus stop was moved to in front of my house. This needs fixing at your expense. It is potentially dangerous as well as being unsightly.

2. When the bus stop was moved in front of my house (against my will) the wall with the gate post subsided (see pic). It was straight before they started the work. I have reported this many time but I keep getting fobbed off.
