Bins continually left on pavement
Sent to Newport Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8959731.
Bins are constantly left out on the pavement here with no regard or care for the impact on the local environment. I can confirm that these are not out on a bin day, they're here every day despite previous complaints. The council need to enforce existing rules around leaving bins out and failure to do this contributes towards the city centre appearing and feeling like a slum.
