Large pothole next to a large dip in the road

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8958013.

There is a very deep dip in the road next to a deep pothole. It is dangerous trying to avoid them and I've seen cyclists having to cross into oncoming traffic to avoid damaging or being thrown off their bike
