The two potholes by the lights are loose and make a lot of noise that ripples across the flats! Such frequency that can't be stopped by Windows. Please look into it

This pothole has been here for year but literally almost any car causes the pothole noise which is quite loud. It would be great if both are fixed because it's affecting all the residents in the surrounding area since the road is constantly busy.
