Grass Parking Causing Mud

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8954762.

People have been parking on the grass, and have completely destroyed it. It is no longer grass, but just mud. The curb has sunk from the constant driving over it, and not only that, they have been driving up the path from the entrance to Nutcroft, so the pathway is now getting bad (it's recently been resurfaced as well) The house opposite has permission for a driveway but haven't put one in.
