Gravel covering whole road
Reported via desktop in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 11:43, Thursday 19 February 2026
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8953908.
The current flooding has caused considerable amount of gravel and debris to build up on the road. Cars are driving into oncoming traffic, the holes have got worse. If gravel and debris can be cleared this will cause less head on driving.

The water has now reduced, showing the 5ft hole on one side of the road, the trench from white line to the verge and multiple other holes surrounding it. It requires immediate attention as now have to come to a stop to drive onto opposite side of the road to attempt avoiding holes while traffic is coming at speed around the bend including fast lorries.
