Lanes require repainting and clearer signage needed

Even the police cannot stay in their lane on this roundabout. The lines are faded and the signage insufficient.
Driving south along the A444 at this roundabout is difficult because it is not clear enough to all drivers that the left most lane is left-only. People in the 2nd lane cross over into the 2nd lane at the lights on the island because its not clear enough and the lines are faded.
Driving across from Gallagher Retail Park along the B4109 it is not clear that there are only 2 lanes at the lights in the middle of the island. They are very wide and people seem to think there are 3 lanes here. Lines need to be clearer and marked off area needs to be larger (lanes smaller) to prevent confusion.
Somehow going in the opposite directions (North along A444, or going towards Gallagher along B4109) does not result in these problems. Maybe its the angles that aren't as wide or somehow its more obvious.
