Potholes A40 Westbound just after Witney junction

On the A40 Westbound two potholes exist with the largest measuring approximately 60cm wide 20cm deep in the centre of the road / outside of inner lane. The pothole was unavoidable in the dark and I hit it this morning causing a tear in my front tyre and instant loss of tyre pressure with subsequent vehicle handling issues. This is a significant risk to driving especially on a fast stretch of road like the A40.
