People abusing one way system church st,Torquay.people are buying drugs from 55 church st,Torquay.druggies hanging around in vehicles late at night..yellow lines faded badly..piece of metal in the pavement people keep tripping on it..the metal comes loose seems to serve no purpose..hole in road nr 20 church st,Torquay it generally looks a mess
