Large puddle forming causing pedestrians to need to walk on road to avoid.

When it rains a large, deep puddle forms due to run off from the carpark into a dip caused by the now closed off dropped curb/entrance area. This makes it very difficult to walk along this part of a very busy stretch of road without stepping into the road when the weather is wet.
