  • Absolutely shameful behaviour by the council. Repeatedly marking the report as fixed when the road surface had either not been repaired at all or only partially.

    Entered a formal complaint about their behaviour which they rejected amd simply marked as a "service request" after sending me a long rambling email about their financial struggles.
